Membership to Les Dames d’Escoffier is by invitation only. Each prospective member must be recommended and sponsored by active  Dames who are currently in good standing in the San Diego chapter. The number of candidates accepted each year is limited.

To be eligible for consideration, potential candidates must be professional women of achievement who have been actively engaged for a minimum of five years in careers related to food, wine, and hospitality.
