Les Dames d’Escoffier International’s San Diego chapter has a full calendar of events and activities that includes community work (Food Day), professional development (cheese making, mustard making, food styling/photography workshops and cookbook publishing panel), and just plain fun (holiday get togethers, a day at a polo match). Funds raised at these events go to our beneficiaries and scholarship fund after our expenses are covered. Many of these events welcome guests.
